More meetings isn't the goal. The right meetings are.

Northbound launches meeting booking and outbound calling as a standalone service — built to fill the top of the sales funnel without filling it with the wrong meetings.

Ny tjeneste: Møtebooking og telefonsalg – Flere møter er ikke målet. Riktige møter er.

We see the same pattern again and again at IT consulting firms and SaaS companies: the strategy is in place. The process is defined. The offer holds up. And then the pipeline sits empty.

Everything built further down the funnel is worthless if nobody fills it at the top.

That's why Northbound is now expanding to take on the top of the funnel too. We've brought meeting booking and outbound calling in-house — and we're opening the service to everyone, not just companies with an existing fractional agreement with us.

    A meeting isn't automatically a deliverable

The industry often measures meeting booking by volume: number of meetings booked per month. We think that's the wrong metric.

A meeting that should never have been booked isn't a deliverable. It's a bill you pay in sales time.

That's why we don't measure the number of meetings. We measure how many of those meetings are still alive in the pipeline four weeks later — whether the meeting actually led to something real, not just whether it happened.

It takes market knowledge, not just volume

For someone to say no on your behalf — to decline a meeting that isn't the right fit, instead of just booking it — they need to know the market well enough to judge that. That's why we build this in-house, rather than outsourcing it to a generic call center.

    Concretely, the service includes:

    • In-house, not outsourced to a call center
    • Qualification criteria agreed with you before the first call
    • Industry knowledge from IT consulting and SaaS — not generic telesales
    • Standalone, or as part of a commercial partner agreement

We're taking on a limited number of companies this round.
